Ridgeway & the surrounding valley
Something got into your house. Let's get it out.
Tell us what you're seeing and we'll tell you what it actually takes to end it — a free inspection first, the price before we start, and a free re-treat if it comes back.

What we treat
Every pest gets its own plan of attack.
An ant trail and a termite colony are not the same job, so they don't get the same treatment. Pick what you're dealing with and we'll bring the right product, the right placement, and the right follow-up.
General Pest Control
The crawlers that turn up every spring and never fully leave. One perimeter plan, treated inside and out, kept up all year.
- Ants, roaches & silverfish
- Spiders & their webs
- Interior & exterior treatment
- Seasonal follow-up visits
Rodent Control
Mice and rats chew wiring and foul insulation long before you see one. We find how they're getting in and shut those routes down.
- Full-home entry inspection
- Sealing gaps & entry points
- Baiting & trapping
- Attic & crawlspace checks
Termite Protection
The pest you never see until the repair bill arrives. We inspect the foundation, treat the soil, and keep watch on it.
- Termite inspections
- Liquid barrier treatment
- Bait station monitoring
- Wood damage assessment
Mosquito & Tick Control
Your yard back, all season. We knock down the biters where they rest and breed, not just where they bite you.
- Yard barrier spray
- Standing water treatment
- Monthly warm-season visits
- Special event treatments
Bed Bug Treatment
An unmarked visit, a thorough treatment, and a verification check afterwards so you know it's actually over.
- Discreet inspection
- Targeted treatment plan
- Follow-up verification
- Prevention guidance
Wasp & Hornet Removal
A nest in the eaves or over the door is no place for a ladder and a can of spray. We take it down and treat the spot so it isn't rebuilt.
- Nest location & removal
- Eaves & soffit treatment
- Wasps, hornets & yellowjackets
- Return-prevention barrier
How a job runs
Inspect first, treat second, come back third.
We find the entry point
A tech walks the perimeter, the crawlspace and the problem rooms to work out what you have and how it's getting in. Free, and no pressure at the end of it.
You get the plan and the price
Which product, where it goes, how long the dry time is, and what it costs — in plain words, before anything is sprayed or set.
We treat, then we check back
Treatment goes down, and we return on schedule to see whether it held. If activity comes back between visits, so do we, at no extra charge.
Pricing
What year-round protection costs.
Most homes do best on a recurring perimeter plan — treating once and hoping is how an infestation comes back. Here's how protection is priced in this demo, per visit.
Perimeter
$39 / visit
Quarterly exterior barrier for smaller homes and the usual crawlers — ants, spiders, roaches.
Perimeter Plus
$59 / visit
The common pick. General pests plus rodent monitoring and a warm-season mosquito knockdown.
Whole Property
$89 / visit
Larger homes and outbuildings: everything above plus termite station monitoring and priority scheduling.
One-Time Treatments
$120 - $350
One problem to solve rather than a plan? Wasp nests, bed bugs and active infestations are priced by the job after the free inspection.
- Free inspection before any treatment
- No long-term contracts required
- Re-treatment between visits is always free
Why Ironwood
Why Ridgeway keeps our number on the fridge.
A local tech, not a call centre
The person who answers knows which streets in Ridgeway sit on clay, which get mice every October, and which had the wasp year everyone remembers.
Placed where pests go, not where kids play
Targeted, low-impact products applied along runways, voids and entry points — with the dry time spelled out before we start.
No contracts, no auto-renew traps
Stay because the pests stopped coming back, not because you're locked in. Clear pricing, and you can pause or cancel any time.
Free re-treat between visits
If activity turns up before your next scheduled service, one call brings us back out and we re-treat at no cost.
On the job
The parts of a pest job you never see.
Sealed gaps behind the siding, treated soil along the footing, a nest taken down at first light. This is what the work actually looks like around Ridgeway.

Reviews
Where your reviews will go
“This is where a real Google review will go once you collect a few. Your best customers' words, front and centre.”
“A second review sits here. Short, specific, and in the customer's own voice — that's what earns the next call.”
“And a third. Once you have five real ones, we wire up a live star rating right here.”

Service area
The valley we cover.
Ridgeway is home base and gets same-week scheduling in most weeks. The outlying towns we reach on request — just say where you are when you call.
Questions
Before you book an inspection.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use targeted, low-impact products and place them along the routes pests actually travel — voids, thresholds, the foundation line — not where your family sits. If a treated area needs a couple of hours to dry, we tell you which one and for how long.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Never. Recurring plans run visit to visit, so you stay because the pests stopped showing up. Pause or cancel any time, no penalty and no auto-renew trap.
How soon can you come out?
Most of Ridgeway can get an inspection within a day or two, and stinging insects or an active rodent problem usually get same-week priority. Call (555) 123-4567 and we'll find a slot.
What if the pests come back?
Then so do we. Every recurring plan includes free re-treatment between scheduled visits — one call and a tech is back out at no extra cost.
Do I need to leave the house during treatment?
Usually not. Most general treatments let you stay put. A few specialty jobs — bed bug work in particular — have prep steps we walk you through beforehand.
Can you tell what it is from a photo?
Often, yes. Text a clear photo to (555) 123-4567 and we'll tell you what you're likely looking at and whether it needs a visit. A confirmed ID still comes from the on-site inspection.
