Quotes & estimates
Prices shown on this site (the per-visit plan rates and the one-time treatment range) are guides. Your actual price is the quote we give you after the inspection, which we confirm before any treatment begins. Inspections are free and carry no obligation.
Scheduling & service
Same-week scheduling is offered when available and is not guaranteed. We'll always tell you the soonest slot when you contact us. We reserve the right to decline any job — for example, a structure or a substance we can't legally treat.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure you're authorised to have the property treated and that our tech can safely reach the affected areas. Tell us up front about anything that changes the plan — pets, fish tanks, beehives, allergies, or someone in the home who needs extra notice about dry times.
